By placing an order with evDoron, you agree to the terms below.

Handmade & Children's Products

All products are handcrafted in small batches. Minor differences in colour, finish, and detail are a natural result of handmade production and are not considered defects.

Children's products must be used under adult supervision unless clearly stated otherwise. Craft kits may include small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years of age.

We are not liable for improper use of products or for failure to follow any supervision, safety guidance, or instructions provided.

Branding and Packaging

Products must be sold with original evDoron branding, logo, and product information intact.

Products must not be presented as designed or made by anyone other than evDoron.

Returns and Faults

As items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, notify us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. Where goods are faulty, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund.

Intellectual Property

The evDoron name, logo, tagline, product presentation, and content are protected and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required before any order is processed or dispatched.

Accepted methods currently include Stripe and bank transfer. We may update available payment methods from time to time.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. The latest version published on our website applies to future orders.
