The following terms and conditions apply to all visits and transactions on EVDORON.COM (registered in the UK as LONDTHESS LIMITED 15240281). The use of our website indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. 

Accuracy of Product Information and Descriptions of Goods

Product specifications, images and other information published on the website have been provided by us, LONDTHESS LIMITED with the trading name 'EVDORON'. It is our intention that all information on the website is accurate and up to date. However, if further information is required you can contact us at admin@evdoron.com 

Payment and Price

The price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices on our website are exempted VAT and we do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges will be displayed and payable as indicated at the time of placing your order.

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe card processor. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay and Pay Pal. 

Availability of Goods

All products and services are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply the goods for any reason you will not be charged for these and you will be refunded any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods. 

Delivery Charges and Delivery Times

Most orders are delivered within 5-7 working days. Dates are given in good faith but are not the subject of any warranty or condition. We are not liable if delivery periods or dates are not met. Please feel free to contact us if you have any queries regarding this matter.

Cancellation of Orders & Returned Goods

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase please notify us as soon as possible as we will require any returns to be returned to us within 14 days working days from the date after the delivery date.

It is your responsibility to return purchases in pristine condition in its original box and packaging. For full details of how to return an order please contact us. You will be fully responsible for the return costs as well as the safe return of the goods.

For cancellations of orders, amendments to orders or changes please notify us within 2 hours of placing the order. Beyond this time we may not be able to amend or cancel your order if the order has been passed to our team to dispatch your good(s).

The intellectual property rights of all software and content (including images) made available to you on or through this website, emails, marketing and our social media platforms remains the property of EVDORON.COM, licensor's or owners and are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved by EVDORON.COM (LONDTHESS LIMITED) or their respective owners. 

Comments, Mentions, Feedback, Reviews and other user content

You give permission for us to use comments, mentions, feedback, reviews and other content, including images, which may mention or show our brand, products, premises or staff, whether provided directly to us or via social media, review sites, our website, other websites or print medium with no obligation for us to attribute or compensate. We also reserve the right to remove content at our discretion, or where that content is hosted on third party sites, ask for the content to be removed.
